I am searching for the perfect balance between calm and force.
My motivation comes from the allure of symbolic signs embedded in specific trivial objects and images that are among daily life. Some images represent emotions of specific things that have occurred in my life. My non-linear creative method is based on composing certain images, and re-painting the paintings layer by layer over a period of time. I see this process determining my creation existence as eternal truth or death.
To me, the image is considered as a collage of memories. In a two dimensional representation of these memories, there is a correlation between the collage and the hand drawings that define the meaninglessness of the fragmental moments of life, and intensifies the impression of the memories.
The ideas are different from the traditional characteristics of image and collage concepts. The repeated decorative lines and patterns always become the excuses that refuse to create something new. The pleasure of the pure visualization seems like a happy hour in my creative process. Specific objects inevitably lose their position in the symbolic sign system. Whether it is from an objective or subjective point of view does not seem to matter. It seems that I will lose the privilege of enjoying the anonymity, if it is necessary to clarify such ambiguity and misunderstanding.
For me, painting is an extension of human senses that undergoes the behavior of contact, thought and expression. However, in my private visual language, my paintings are like a personal diary. This personal diary is exposed in public, but not intend to be decoded.
