My work is based on personal, historical and literary motifs. My new works on paper incorporate collage and 3D elements. Using cardboard, printed images, fabric and other ephemera I create works that straddle the line between drawing and sculpture.

 

I am working on two concurrent projects; the "Castles" series explores social issues in pre and post WWII Poland and another series uses childhood photographs as a starting point. In the work, "She Knew," these two threads are drawn together
