My work deals with human desires and drives. Specifically this series deals with notions of progress and transformation. Stylistically, my work can be summed up as a poetic primitivism. The artists as Cy Twombly, Louise Bourgeois, the french film maker Leos Carax, the pop jazz group Morphine, and the techniques of automatic writing all influence this work. It is at these crossroads that my art comes together.
