The work I tend to create revolves around exceptional locations or environments. The whole point to photographing them is to find a way to incorporate people within these beautiful places. With some bodies of work, this incorporation involves an interaction with elements within the frame or an adaptation to that specific environment. Adaptation also occurs in my recent work, where I disguse myself to look like I belong to that scene.
It is important to me, however, to leave certain aspects of my personality in my photographs. Whether it be the little tag on the dress I didn't cut off, or my raw feelings projecting from my stance, I usually leave a little "artifact" of myself within the photograph.
