project g.l.o. (genetics light organisms) is an installation investigating the discourse surrounding scientific advances in biotechnology, means of control, reality of accessibility to technology, and the environmental concerns with altering the genome. The installation uses an array of mediums to construct an environment that both intrigues and repels the viewer. project g.l.o. is composed of bioluminescent bacteria, time-lapse video, mixed media, and ready-made sculpture.
